Comment fonctionne un lit escamotable superposé ?
Nos modèles superposés regroupent deux couchages l'un au-dessus de l'autre, qui se replient ensemble contre le mur quand ils ne servent pas. Une fois fermés, ils libèrent presque toute la surface au sol et laissent la pièce disponible pour jouer ou travailler. C'est une réponse pensée pour les chambres qui doivent accueillir deux enfants sans sacrifier l'espace de vie.
Ces lits superposés escamotables conviennent-ils vraiment à une chambre d'enfant ?
Oui, c'est même leur usage principal dans cette sélection. La hauteur sous plafond reste le point à vérifier, car deux couchages superposés demandent en général au moins 2,40 m pour que l'enfant du haut circule à l'aise. En magasin, nous mesurons ensemble votre pièce avant de valider le modèle adapté.
Le couchage du haut est-il sécurisé sur ces modèles ?
Les couchages supérieurs sont équipés d'une barrière de sécurité et d'une échelle ou de marches intégrées selon les modèles. Quand le lit est replié, la literie reste maintenue par des sangles, ce qui évite que matelas et draps ne glissent. Pour les jeunes enfants, nous conseillons de réserver le couchage haut aux plus de six ans.
Quelle épaisseur de matelas peut-on mettre sur les deux niveaux ?
Sur ce type de système superposé, chaque couchage accepte un matelas d'environ 25 cm. C'est suffisant pour un sommeil quotidien d'enfant ou d'adolescent, à condition de choisir une mousse de bonne densité. Mieux vaut un matelas adapté à une armoire-lit. Contactez-nous pour plus d'informations.
Le matelas reste-t-il en place quand on replie les lits ?
Oui. Les deux matelas restent fixés sur leurs sommiers même une fois l'ensemble relevé, grâce à des sangles de maintien. Vous n'avez donc rien à ranger ni à déplacer le matin, ce qui rend l'usage au quotidien beaucoup plus simple qu'un clic-clac classique.
Faut-il fixer ces lits superposés au mur ?
La plupart de nos modèles superposés se fixent au mur pour des raisons de stabilité, car la structure est haute. Certaines configurations existent en version autoportante quand la fixation murale n'est pas possible. Nos conseillers vérifient la nature de votre cloison avant la commande pour proposer le système de fixation qui convient.
Quelle largeur de couchage propose cette sélection ?
Les largeurs vont généralement du 90 cm pour une personne par niveau jusqu'au 140 cm sur les versions plus généreuses.
