For daily use, aim for at least 35 kg/m³: this density offers better support and durability, and a mattress that benefits from it will not sag over time. A 28 kg/m³ foam can be suitable for regular use.

In a small living room, the appearance of the sofa matters as much as its performance. It is best to avoid applying a trend without considering light and surface area. A navy blue or bottle green sofa in less than 22 m² can darken the room. Neutral tones, such as light grey, taupe, or beige, visually enlarge and remain timeless.

As for upholstery, not all offer the same resistance to light. The tight fibers of microfiber and corduroy, mass-dyed, are more resistant to UV and marking. If your living room faces south, our experts will rather direct you towards corduroy than plain velvet.

Maintaining your clic-clac according to its upholstery

Each upholstery requires specific care. The advantage of the clic-clac is that the cover can be machine washed. This ensures proper maintenance. But on a daily basis, simple gestures allow you to care for the upholstery.

For microfiber, a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush once a week is sufficient. In case of a stain, a damp cloth with a little soapy water. Avoid solvents, which would harden the fibers.

Velvet fears steam: the fibers shrink and form irreversible dull areas. Dust it with a soft brush, always in the direction of the pile, and avoid a rotary brush.

Leather-look upholstery should simply be dusted with a soft cloth. Alcohol and solvents can dry it out and cause cracks.

The BZ opens by tilting the seat forward, perpendicular to the wall. Its tri-fold mattress eliminates the central fold line. It is available in widths of 80, 90, 120, 130, 140, or 160 cm, making it the most modular format. Allow approximately 2 m of total depth when unfolded for circulation.

The Rapido convertible sofa, for its part, is ideal for a living room because it combines aesthetics and 2-person sleeping. Its slatted base slides forward and releases a thick, unfolded mattress, with sleeping independent of the seat cushions.
